Nia's take
China now has a real launch date while Global does not. Look at the timing: the second China test ends July 15, and the real server opens 19 days later. Meanwhile the second Global test does not even start until August 4. The two versions have different companies, different rules, and different speeds, so this does not tell us when Global launches. But it does show the game itself is ready to ship somewhere. The 'long term' wording matters too: Shengqu is calling this a permanent server, not a limited event.
